About
Mission
Our Ethos is what grounds us and guides us. We firmly believe in building a strong community through fellowship in a common space. Pursuing justice begins with authentic connections. If we can offer a comforting neighborhood space for fostering community, we are living out our Ethos.
In celebration of community, we will specialize in local, hand-crafted, and natural wine products. The teas we source will have stories, ecological responsible practices, and cultural respect. Our small plates and dinner services will revolve around highlighting local talent and bounty.

About Us
-
Tiffany is the Managing Partner at Ethos and wearer of many hats. She is no stranger to gathering people together “just because”. A long-time resident of Charlottesville, VA and mother to four wonderful kids, she began her personal entrepreneurial endeavors in Fall 2023, though she is no stranger to small business being married to a fellow business owner. She desired to see an inclusive space where many people from all backgrounds could come together (with any type of drink in hand) and feel comfortable, and thus the dream of Ethos began to take form.
Favorite wines: Loves to drink depending on season and mood, however she will rarely ever turn down a tasty glass of bubbles!
Favorite teas: Go-to is genmaicha. It is bright, nutty, and warms you up on a cold day or equally delicious, cooled and iced for a refreshing unsweetened option.

Kylie is the Operations Director at Ethos, and coordinates the wine selection and staff. Her formal education in Chemistry and Women, Gender, & Sexuality Studies now informs her work in wine. She is delighted to create a rotating and diverse wine list at Ethos that prioritizes local and natural wines. Kylie looks forward to collaborating with local wine lovers and chefs to create extraordinary community-oriented experiences in our Ethos space.
Favorite wines: A Valley girl at heart, Kylie loves Shenandoah Valley cab franc and riesling, plus single varietal explorations like tannat and petit manseng from Southwest France.
Favorite teas: Generally green teas that lean on the oxidative, nutty side and I’m always drinking a solid peppermint herbal tea in the evening.
